Getting Started

  1. Create a habit — Tap the "+" button on the home screen. Choose a name, icon, color, and schedule.
  2. Track your habit — Tap the checkmark next to any habit on the home screen to mark it as complete for the day.
  3. View your stats — Tap on any habit to see your streak, completion rate, and calendar heatmap.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need an account to use SimHabit?

No. SimHabit works fully offline without an account. All your data is stored locally on your device. An account is only needed if you want to sync your habits across multiple devices.

How do I sync my habits across devices?

Go to Settings > Account > Sign In and sign in with Apple, Google, or email. Your habits will automatically sync to any device where you sign in with the same account.

How do I enable or disable reminders?

When creating or editing a habit, toggle the Reminder option and set your preferred time. Make sure notifications are enabled for SimHabit in your device's Settings > Notifications.

Can I change the app language?

Yes. Go to Settings > Language and choose from English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, or Portuguese.

How do I switch between dark and light mode?

Go to Settings > Appearance and choose Dark, Light, or System (follows your device setting).

How do I delete a habit?

Tap on the habit to open its detail screen, then tap the Edit icon. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Habit.

How do I delete my account and all data?

Go to Settings > Account > Manage Account > Delete Account. This permanently deletes your account, all cloud-synced data, and clears local data from your device. This action cannot be undone.

I signed out and lost my habits. What happened?

When signing out, you're asked whether to keep your data on the device or remove it. If you chose to remove it, your habits were deleted from the device only — they are still safely stored in the cloud. Simply sign back in with the same account to restore them.

The app is not sending me reminders.

Make sure that:

  • Notifications are enabled for SimHabit in your device Settings > Notifications
  • The reminder is turned on for the specific habit (edit the habit to check)
  • Your device is not in Do Not Disturb or Focus mode

Is my data private?

Yes. Your habit data is stored locally on your device. If you enable cloud sync, your data is transmitted securely via HTTPS and stored in our cloud infrastructure powered by Supabase. We never sell or share your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

  • iOS: iOS 16.0 or later
  • Storage: Approximately 50 MB
  • Internet: Not required (optional for cloud sync)
