These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SimHabit mobile application ("the App") provided by SimHabit ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Use of the App

SimHabit is a personal habit tracking application. You may use the App for lawful personal purposes. You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or servers
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App or its infrastructure
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

Accounts

You may use the App without an account, with all data stored locally on your device. If you choose to create an account to enable cloud sync, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your authentication credentials.

Data and Content

You retain ownership of all data you create within the App (habits, logs, notes, etc.). We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You are solely responsible for the content you create.

Availability

We strive to keep the App available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, or other reasons without prior notice.

Updates

We may release updates to the App from time to time. Some updates may be required for continued use of certain features. We recommend keeping the App up to date for the best experience.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SimHabit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the App's settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
